Telford Raiders Women’s Team Set to Blaze the Trail in the Midlands Championship

Telford Raiders, reigning champions of 2023, are gearing up for an exciting season ahead as they announce their fixtures for the highly anticipated Midlands Championship. This year, they’ll face familiar opponents Leamington Royals and Coventry Bears, alongside the new addition to the league, Nottingham Outlaws.

The league, now known as the Midlands Championship, promises an elevated level of competition with teams transitioning from 9-a-side games to full 13-a-side matches this season. This move reflects the growing stature of women’s rugby league in the region and sets the stage for thrilling encounters on the field.
